Lookin for a VPS

I am looking for a VPS for a client. This will be to host an adult related Tube site.

Ideally something that could be upgraded down the road as the site grows would be nice also.

The Specs I am looking for are as follows.

- At least 512MB Ram. Prefer 1GB.
- At least 20GB Storage.
- At least 1000GB Bandwidth. Prefer 1500-2000.

Other features I would like.

- Cpanel
- Linux
- Fully Managed

Budget - Up to $100/month

Looking for $100 or under right now. I would consider a dedicated server but it would need to be managed.

My client is not a server guy, and VPS would be the best since it has more power than shared hosting, but the ease of it.
