Look For A file Mangement kinda Scipt

Basically I want to expand in a way where users can upload pictures for E-cards/wall papers ect.

So i would like a script that allows them to upload the files then gives me the ability to allow/deny ect.

I know there are a few online but the ones i looked at phpresource dont do all i want.

Any suggestion/Ideas where to look? Also something customizable would be usefull

Some of those scripts might not be ready for your site though, and will probabley require modification
