hi guys, I searched in godaddy for names offered for sale in the most famous cities similar to this domain, and I found that the prices are high, so is this domain worth this high price? what you think ?

Can't see it myself. Too many existing sources for both Londoners and Visitors. Besides the keyword 'Update' doesn't define anything in particular. You need a target/focus word for major Cities or Countries .
I'm about 20 miles from London and know the city well
