Its not a bad domain nor great domain,less than a year old but originally regged in 2003,most domains drop for a reason ,not meaning someone forgot to register it ,meaning that no one back orders it, it drops then someone can hand reg again.Which was the case here.Thing is if you do this on a large scale as most domainers have done in the past,you would not be able to keep up with your registration renewals ,domains like this are very easy to get ,maybe not the exact one you want ,but if you take a shotgun approach you can register names like this all day long. I think the domain on namepros would only bring in 30-60 dollars maybe the same on ebay ,the only way for you to get around 1000 -1200 retail would be to contact high end realtors in London that already have a nice website and using a .com and not .co.uk {they get it} all this being said the search volume for this globally is real low ,so the people that want these properties are not looking on line. If your willing to take a few hundred and put in the work,you should have this sold fairly quickly,sedo is a good place to sell it if you had to choose one market. Good luck, Ben
