Yeah, My thought was you could use it to sell funny products, but I guess it could be used to sell League of Legends accounts too. Not sure how big the demand is for that.

$0 unless developed. There's so much better out there to be purchased. It sounds awkward "LOLSell"... LOLStore, LOLShop, LOLPlace, so much better, that's why they're taken, but even them getting offers would be rare.
