Mid $xx means around $50 (varies with people though, some people would say its $35-$65, others would say mid is $45-$55)

In general a developed site will get more money than an undeveloped site as a developed site is more likely to have trafic than the same site undeveloped. I dont think this domains that great, but if you want to develop it then it may be worth the effort.
