The Manx market is very limited and the TLD is hardly popular even there.
Difficult to sell these domains for good money.
But this one could be develop into a humor site.

I doubt it. It will cost you £495.00. How are you going to recoup the costs ?
A single .im costs £40.00/y which is reasonably cheap but still more expensive than .com, especially if you don't use it and don't sell it.
These names are difficult to sell so developping is the way to go.
'lol' is a good one that could be developed. Hopefully you will be able to build traffic and monetize it.
