I am newbie in domaining. I need an appraisal help for this domain. This domain contain 2 words, Lokal and Latte. And if you search word "lokalate" in google, you will find brandable product. So I thing perfect for website or store with coffee related.

First impressions is a type of "Latte" (coffee), and I was partly right. Did some research for you and this came up:

    https://www.lazada.co.id/products/loka-late-kopi-alpukat-sachet-15gr-i4691850620.html

It is a late product called "Loka Late", an avocado latte. If anything, maybe a good customer here, whoever is the main provider of this product. Optimistic as i'm not entirely sure how popular that product is. Get an offer, otherwise drop

Well, honestly I do not read ''local'' and I do not read ''latte'' here. You should never modify both words, only one and only in a way that it's recognizable. What I read is ''loca'' (''crazy'' (fem) in Spanish)) and English word ''late''.
With the word ''latte'' you can still find many very good combinations (but use correct spelling) - I checked myself about 3 months ago (word ''coffee'' is much better of course, but for coffee it's more complicated to find a good match).

I love coffee myself, and have two ''Spanglish'' coffee names simply because I like it: CoffeeTienda (''store'' in Spanish) and CoffeeRico (''delicious'', but also can be used as a name). I didn't apply any statistics when I bought them, I simply liked them.
But also in this specific case problem is that it's ''Localate'' - one of the reasons it's not readable is because of removed ''L'' (and T of course). But with double ''L'' it's bad too. The solution would be to put Latte as a first word. Hey @onecheapdomaindotcom, I just checked that LatteCorner is available - go ahead if you want to register. But I am also positive you'll find lots of other good combinations with ''latte'' once you brainstorm it.
