Logo: requesting a price quote for a project

Ladies and Gentlemen,

For your consideration, I'm submitting this thread in order to solicit potential bids on a new logo for an up and coming project of mine. The project is called "EcoEngine" and its basically an alternative to Blackle that uses a more eye-friendly color palette.

What the logo requires:
-vector format
-transparent background (preferred)

My preferences:
- I would love to see text that looked like vines
- Please try to stick to the eco / environmental theme

NOTE: you do not need to submit artwork at this time, this is for project bids only.
