Logo design needed

I need to create a simple design using the four letters ROME.

I want to use the design ontop of my PHB forum script. I visualize maybe two roman columns on either side of the word R O M E.

I would be open to also allowing the designer to maybe slap a skin on the forums that is brown/tan in color or something.
