I think I was looking on this one as well in drop. The domain sounds good (except it is plural) but I am having problem imagining use of this page. From logic of this name I can see store directory based on location of the computer.

My estimate is xx-xxx. But I am not an expert

Thanks. I'm in the private auction at the moment. I can see potential in the name, and I think it works better in the plural state. But that's just my opinion.

This domain is $2k+ for sure, if you manage to get it for less than that it's a huge bargain. End user potential at around $30,000 imo

I agree definitely better as a plural, the whole point of displaying whats local/nearby would be to point out multiple shops/businesses.
