Picked this up back in June to develop it, but got way to busy with work.

It has been parked at sedo since 8/31 and has received 414 unique views (~40-50 uniques per day now) without any advertising. Only had two clicks on PPC so far.

Any ideas on possible value?

I just got an offer for $125 on this. Traffic has been consistent ~40-50 uniques per day (833 Uniques since 8/31). 29 listing views on sedo too.

What do you guys think about the offer?

Good name. Is there any revenue it generates?

currently it only has 2 clicks with $0.30 for revenue, so not much.

I just think it is worth more than $125, but wanted some more opinions.

Depends on if you need some quick bucks or not. Taking under consideration no OVT output for "local pc tech" and a short Google list I'd take that offer for 125$ although like this name. Biz is biz
