Not necessarily! Could be someone that is looking for a high amount for the domain. Can't use that as a guage for the .net's pricing. I'de say $50-100...good luck!

".Net" works here quite well if you were to create a Builder's Network/directory.

Allow Builders to list or advertise for a fee (may be), and allow public to search by zipcode,city,etc. In that context, the .Net extention works real well.

Eventually, you may be able to sell it to whoever buys .Com.

Hold on to it, may get you $xxx -$xxxx depending on how much .com sells for.
