Yes, yes, yes and more yes' I agree w/ other posters and think you could get rich (well at least acheive some decent income w/ this one). But if you do get rich, don't forget your friends- maybe a free membership at LoanHelp.org?

I see this as a very nice shot at making some money for you. I would sell this but at the same time make the contract say that you get %10 of profits for the life of the contract and if the name is ever going to expire or be sold you have first rights to it. I figure $2000 from a financial institution wouldn't be out of the question and about $200 a month if you do the %10 trick I told you about.
