okay, so I am getting a lot of "get a loan" type domains and "Mortgage loans" domains... which is different from Mortgage Modification.

What I am looking for is a domain that describes modifying your mortgage, lower rate refinance or mortgage forgiveness themes.

A couple of folks have asked how high the budget will go. Well, that's really a matter of emotional response. Budget dictate says we need to stay around $2500, but I have seen this guy buy a $7500 dollar domain because he had a strong emotional reaction to it. So, I can't really say for sure.

So, If you think your domain is solid, send it and what you want for it. I'll pass it along.

But I wrote here what I was told to offer. $2500 preference. More if it is truly great.

I got another question about tlds... .com is preferred, .net & .org will be considered but certainly not the preference.

Couple of really good ones came in this morning. Sending those alone right now.

'Nother couple of good domains this AM. Passed them along... A couple so far have had a good response from the buyer. He's waiting for a real singer to come along but I think he's beginning to zero in on a few.
