Not sure of value but I think it has good potential, I would hang on to it a while, instant approval being a common term regarding loans in UK.

What does the .co.uk have to do with it ? Maybe you don't know what the .co.uk market is like? Well i know that it is on fire and has been for a few years. This name with the right marketing should reach £250 - £495 + VAT.

Also if you have no idea about .co.uk which you obviously don't what are you offering to this appraisal :imho:
