Do English words sell well in the .ae extension for United Arab Emirates? If so, I think taste.ae is good. People really like food websites, so this is a good name.
It's really not a good idea to buy QA/AE domains for resale and then to post them on a public forum.
You know all it takes is someone to notify the registrar.
Just because some domains have sold and actually changed hands, doesn't mean the sales did comply with registry policies.
The policies are quite clear. While domain names may be transferred from one registrant to another in certain circumstances (for instance as part of business assets), they may not be bought for the express purpose of resale. Other TLDs have similar policies, something that domainers tend to overlook... Don't get caught.
Please read the documents, because what you said is totally wrong and could me misleading for some domainers who might be interested in investing in domains in any of the mentioned tlds, and that is because you read part of the document.
Regarding Qatar Domains
3.3. The intent of this policy is that Domain Names subject to Eligibility Requirements should not be Registered to be sold to another party for commercial gain.
Domain Names subject to Eligibility Requirements =toyota. qa or nike. qa names of cities or gov organizations .....etc
