There are still many unregistered LLN.org domains with good letters available so they don't necessarily have much value now.

The values of 3 character .com domains are steadily rising. As more developers start using them and more investors start pushing the price up the .org will become more favourable.

All depends. The .ORG registry is selling .ORG domains to asian, South American and African markets cheap. Some asain investor could buy all the remaining CCC.ORG domains today and seriously affect the market this next month.

Who knows?

The thing about unregistered names is that nobody has registered them and so it is hard to argue the value and the growth in value when nobody has considered them valuable enough to register.

Three character domains may get a big boost in a few years from the mobile internet --- perhaps. Depends on which way the wind blows. If it is a good offer consider taking it, perhaps you would want to replace it with another - there is a list of availables in the available domains section here at Namepros.
