Hi,

uzo is a brand, in Portugal. (the name itself is a phonetic version of "uso", wich means both "use", as in "the use of", and "I use".)

uzo.pt is the oficial site.
the brand belongs to tmn.pt, the bigest portuguese mobile company.
you could check if they are interested in buying the dotcom.
(I mean, if there is no TD conflict here, wich could happen, they have the ® sign next to the name)

Other than that, if UZO means "Use", I don't think it might have issues with trademarks...
