I have a question for you:
Lets say that I'm the owner of LLLLLL.com domain (for example voltec.com). There is an enterprise with the name VoltecCorporation.com The word "voltech" is not trademarked.
My question is: can I offer them the name voltech.com for sale without the fear of any legal dispute?

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I would think so, if the name is not trademarked.

Assuming you've done an exhaustive trademark search, of course.

And that's a very big if.

The chances are the name is beng used in commerce... so they may have common law TM... so as it was said.. a big IF...
