Notice the sales dates. They are basically all back from 2007.

The .MOBI market is nowhere near what it once was.

Real dictionary keyword LLLL != random LLLL
Even LLL.mobi are not worth much in general.

If you find a 'great' domain still available, ask yourself how come it's still available.
