Seller tells me that they sold this domain to someone else, even though I posted sold WITHIN 3 MINUTES of his opening post. To say the least, I am not very happy about this.

Thanks for the offer. Do you mean a 3 letter .info? If not, I'll have to pass. Most 3 char .infos aren't worth much unless they mean something (such as mp3.info, ps3.info). I appreciate your effort to make up for a deadbeat seller though.

I did try to go back and find it buy unable to. I recall being pretty impressed that if I was reading it correctly, it was LLLL (not just the acronym).info.

I remember being particularly mad at myself for not finding it earlier.

LOL! Thanks Circa... I'm glad I was the one who got screwed before anyone else had the chance. Two users (I won't name names) made offers on the name on this thread after I posted sold, but I asked to have their posts removed. Who knows, one of those guys may have paid more and bought (stolen) the name and caused all of this?! At least I didn't lose any money this go 'round.

You haven't played by the rules, or either you don't know what the rules are. When someone posts "Sold" on a fixed price sale thread, you then proceed to work out how the transaction will proceed with that person (including payment), unless you set rules for said transaction in your opening post (op). You didn't post, "Payment by Paypal only" in your op. You didn't post, "I will sell to whoever pays me first" either.

Since I posted "Sold" first, from that point on you are obligated to sell me the name unless we fail to establish agreements on the details of the transaction. We did not establish how I would pay for the name. You didn't communicate accurately or promptly, quickly sold the name to someone else, then disappeared.

Good luck in all your future transactions.
