@Haroon Basha may I know what is complicated?
Is the auction still running?
Am I asking money from you?
Did I continue writing to you asking for payments?

To me this auction has ended and my comments has ended as well.

I am not sure why the thread is alive and well and why you say the matter is becoming very much complicated.
What is becoming? It is in the past tense.

You placed a bid.
Then Senecio placed a higher bid
Senecio then pulled out from the bid
You are then the highest bidder.
I announced you were the highest bidder
I then send another email to bump up the thread
llllia then placed a bid which made him the highest bidder but then told me the time ended.
I accepted what llllia told me and announced you are the highest bidder
I closed the auction
I wrote to you and you refused to recognize your bid.
I accepted the fact and the auction remained closed.

It is still closed and the names are not sold in Namepros.

What is becoming very complicated?

If the auction is closed, why still another set of three domain name is appearing in the same post?????
And one person has posted it "SOLD" for jxxs.com (JXXS)? If you closed the auction how come you are placing another batch of three domain names?

they are i assume, and has been said before, NOT new domains... he just edited out what was sold for sake of the buyer.... but would have been better to use a character like * or - instead of an "X" to make that more clear......

They are completely different set of names:
New ones:
nxxv.
com (NXXV)

jxxs.com (JXXS)

exxz.com (EXXZ)

The OLD original domain names were as follows:
euqz.com
nqgv.com
jvqs.com

Answer my questions @Haroon Basha.
Don't act like you are the victim here.

I am not bothered about this deal anymore but you are trying your very best to create a mess.
Please answer my questions.

DID I EMAIL YOU AFTER YOU REFUSED TO RECOGNIZE YOUR BID DESPITE ME CLOSING THE THREAD WHEN I HAVE A BUYER WHO IS WILLING TO PAY HIGHER?

Thanks @SlimPickins. Yes you are right. I have deleted to whole thing.

do you really not see it... nQGv --> nXXv , eUQz --> eXXz etc..... he changed the middle 2 letters to X's once sold to obscure the domains sold for the sake of the buyer imo. but again should have used a non-letter for the switch instead of XX.

Thanks again @SlimPickins.
I hope this issue is really closed now.

I don't like wasting my time on stupid things. Move on!

Now back to buying domains....:xf.smile:

You wanted to be smarter crookedly by by-passing the rules of NamePros. You are not supposed to contact me at the first place, because I am not the highest bidder.
Close the Auction thread, so that no further post be published here, because we are just wasting our time here.

How can I be crooked when I had higher bid from @lllia and yet I still close it to honour yours? Why are you trying to make me look bad?

I don't get it....What have I done you wrong?

If I didn't close the bid, this thread will be alive with bids and not full of your mails trying to create a mess for no reasons.

I have no problem at all selling LLLL.com. They are liquid. Thats why I didn't bother but you kept coming back.

Why?

Give it up @Haroon Basha, the more we go on the more you are showing people what kind of person you are.

Thank you so much @alexdon82. Appreciate it.
Its ok about getting him to honour is his bid. I have moved on a long time ago.:xf.smile:

It is very simple.

The winning bid is senecio with $280. It is not allowed to bid and retract a bid later.

At the moment senecio bid $280, the $275 bid by Haroon Basha was not relevant anymore.

So if Senecio decides not to honor his bid, this auction has to start from zero again. There is no such thing as "2nd highest bidder".

Correct, missed that post. Yes second bidder has a full right to retract his bid.
He could buy, but not obligated.

Thus the reason the thread is closed, no domains are on sale and I moved on...
Thanks so much for the input guys @DoumB21 and @alexdon82.

Cheers!!

1. A staff member already posted and explained that bids are binding agreements and may not be retracted.
2. The winner: @senecio and the seller @maj1pg2 were instructed to complete the deal in private.
3. By default, members have up to 7 days to initiate a transaction.
4. If the winner did not respond or refused to pay, the seller should have reported this to staff so we could get more involved.
5. Neither the seller or the buyer alerted staff of a continuing problem that prohibited the transaction from taking place.
6. The seller made a decision to sell the domain to someone else without staff involvement.
7. This deal is now void and no longer qualifies for staff assistance since both the winner and the seller breached the binding sales/purchase agreement before the 7 day default.

Note: Keep in mind that if the winner had not already tried to retract their bid or if they stated they wanted this domain after all when it was reinstated, the seller would be the one in breach of the 7 day rule.

It's fine to self moderate deals like this one played out, however keep in mind that if either party reports anything to staff, we will get more involved and have to weigh in with the rules in mind.

This thread is now closed.

Have a good day.
