Strange that this auction is rising by just $1 at a time and still at only $43 when minimum prices that LLLL's are going for is $60+ (regardless of letters and quality)...

And this one has 3 good letters, 1 vowel (plus its in front) and the bad letter is Q - but its QP together and many acronyms can be found for that.
