Hi all,
The below are all registered at GoDaddy (will push to you). All are accepting offers from $1, minimum bid increment $0.75 please. Any that receive a bid (even just at $1) *will* be sold. Payment via PayPal, only verified PayPal accounts please. Auction ends Thursday 18th June, 10pm BST (which is 5pm US time?).

Please bid individually on each domain, it's easier to keep track of.

ZOVH.COM - 8/10/2009

YFKA.COM - 8/19/2009

VUKH.COM - 6/29/2009

YIKH.COM - 6/29/2009

ZUVH.COM - 8/19/2009

DZQO.COM - 8/18/2009

IHFQ.COM - 8/19/2009

ILZH.COM - 9/8/2009

NIYJ.COM - 6/29/2009

UJGR.COM - 8/4/2009

UJHL.COM - 8/4/2009

UJYW.COM - 9/23/2009

UTFJ.COM - 8/4/2009

YIFV.COM - 6/29/2009

Please note, some are expiring on the 29th of this month - hence why this auction ends in just over 48 hour's time (55.5 hour's time, to be exact)

All bids to be posted in this thread.

Enjoy :great:

Before there's any confusion, I just want to be clear. The auction ending at 10:00 means that any bids received after that, such as 10:00 and some seconds, are past the deadline right?
That's correct - anything after my post "Auction *ended*" doesn't count.

I get the winners as:

nsquare - zovh.com - $4
johnnywj - Yfka.com - $5
nsquare - vukh.com - $3
nsquare - yikh.com - $3
spycraft - zuvh.com - $2
spycraft - DZQO.com - $2
spycraft - IHFQ.com - $2
johnnywj - ILZH.com - $4
TEGnet - NIYJ.com - $1 ??? (If he wants it at this; his overall bid was illegitimate though)
johnnywj - UJGR.com - $3
spycraft - UJHL.com - $2
spycraft - UJYW.com - $2
nicedomains - UTFJ.com - $3
nsquare - YIFV.com - $1

PMing people in a few minutes :)

You posted auction ended at one minute after the hour. I was outbid on ZOVH at a few seconds after the hour.
If the auction was meant to end at one minute after the hour, as it seems to have, I wish that had been stated. I would have held my bid another minute.

I don't want to make a big issue, but the way I see it, my bid was the last qualified bid for zohv according to the rules you stated. I have seen this issue come up elsewhere, and it has always been decided that the latest a bid can go in is at 59 minutes and 59 seconds before the hour.

If you think about it, it makes sense. Stock markets and other venues operate this way.

I am okay if i lose zovh.com, but i already paid for it.

Also one more point to know for me is rules say that you can't bump or reply to your thread twice in 24 hours unless you are replying to questions. I see the seller has 4 posts today.

Admins is that allowed?

I am not really part of this, but in case you care... here is my opinion.

Should Domainace win zovh? YES. Nsquare made his bid after the auction had ended.

Should the seller bump his own thread as he did? NO.

In my opinion, there should be no argument.. These rules are really clear, but as I said, I am not part of this neither am I an admin.

Hope you get it sorted out :)

Thanks, I appreciate that Gazleen, but I just PM'd the mod and will be happy with whatever she says.
More than the name, this really needs to be made clear, I think, to avoid future problems.

tristanperry himself posted at 5:59 (my time) that the auction would end in 60 seconds, so I don't see how there can be a disagreement.

Jeez, next time I'll state times to the milliseconds. And sorry about the bumping, I posted a few times without thinking about the bumping rule. In all honesty, I was going off my clock right here by me and posted that the auction at ended at 10pm my time.

Anywhoo, nsquare and Domainace - please discuss this between yourself or something and let me know which of you wins the domain; I'm happy either way. I was going off my watch (and so my postings of "Auction over" was what was on my clock), but I don't wish to create any arguments. Just let me know and I'll refund nsquare/push the domain elsewhere etc.

Am going ahead with pushing all but Zovh.com :)

I hate to tell you this, but it's your auction. It's not fair to leave the dirty work to nsquare and me. If you are unsure what the answer is, then I'm fine with waiting for a moderator.:)

Well, going by the rules, I am not the winner for that last name. I only paid because seller asked me to.

Domainace you can proceed to buy it, i will get my money back from tristan.

I believe this could end here.

Only thing that worries me is multiple bumps, it's not good for bidders who had their bids already.

OK, then. I appreciate the posts, nsquare - thanks.

Sending funds to seller.

OK... here is the clarification.

When an auction is set to end at a specific time - this example (18th June, 10pm BST)

That means by the stroke of the hour (10pm) the auction is over

This means the final bid needs to be placed by at least 9:59pm to be valid... a bid arriving "on the hour" is already too late... because technically the auction ends "on the hour"

So, whichever bid was there before the stroke of the 10pm hour... is the winning bidder.

Does this clear things up?

Works for me, thanks Jennifer.

Thanks Jennifer. In the future I'll put anti-snipe rules on or post more accurate rules, but fair enough. Will deal with PMs in a few minutes :)

---------- Post added at 09:24 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:10 AM ----------

Have refunded nsquare the $4 and pushed the domain to Domainace :) Sorry again for the mix-up; I was going on my timestamp on my watch/clock, but I 100% understand why I should go by the NamePros timestamp in the future.

Please let me know if anyone has any further questions :)

Thanks,
Tristan Perry
