I'm thinking of buying a few LLL.tvs with nice stats (OVT, Google Search) etc. and was wondering if they were worth the price ($500 renewal fee, right?)

I don't think I'll end up developing these names. I would only resell them at a later date.

Worth it?

They will be worth if you can keep them for few years. Immediate flipping, I am not sure. OVT and Google results can go only so far, and they may not guarantee actual traffic to the .tv name.

Sashas,

One method would be to hunt for a nice three letter tv in the aftermarket instead of at enom.tv The reason I say this is because you will be able to look at the stats in an aftermarket purchase versus taking a guess. Obviously a really awesome three letter should have some traffic but really how many of those are still available at 500 per year? I am sure there are some but with nice stats is an unknown if you buy from enom.tv, just my two thousand cents!

I actually wasn't looking at eNom (they have npr.tv currently at $250/year. That has a 50k OVT), but at other sources (yup, the aftermarket).

I think I will buy a couple if I can spare enough cash.

Thanks guys. Rep added

Well I doubt the aftermarket will work for you as no one will be selling an LLL.tv for $500 so you can look at the 3 cheap ones on ENOM LCL FCL and NPR SMC at $400 is nice IMO brand it as Streaming Media Corp.
