I was just curious to know if all the LLL.coms and LLLL.coms are worth buying and can be sold in 5 to 6 figures or is there any specific pattern of letters which decide their market value and has to keep in mind while taking a decision to buy. I was recently going through domains sold auctions at Flippa.com and I noticed that one LLLL.com sold for $55,000, another at $45,000, another one at $15,000 and one at $14,000. Why was there such a huge difference in sale prices? Was the difference on account of listing updates or was it the pattern of letters which decided their sales prices?

It all depends on the domains

Prices are high for
- Chinese premium (domains without aeiouv)
- English premium letters
- one word domains
- pronounceable domains

Yeah, it definitely depends, just compare AUTO.com to BGFV.com However i think there is a bottom line price for LLLL coms which is around $200 by default so if you see ANY 4-letter domain for sale under this price it's a good investment opportunity.
