Yes LL.uk is allowed, you can check same example I mentioned earlier ui.co.uk, owner has choosen to pick up ui.uk and currently it leads to parking page. To get any LL.uk you would have contact LL.co.uk owner and probably discuss possibility to acquire them as the pair or maybe get just LL.uk
