I am running a TicketNetwork affiliate website on it at the moment, dunno if I could make more money parked because i'm not getting any traffic yet (its 4 days old)

I don't think this is a bad name, easy one to develop and plenty of options to monetize it. if its not getting traffic then parking it isnt going to make you any money. The affiliate site you have on it looks pretty good, I think if you promoted it well, it could make you some revenue.

I would either develop it yourself or promote the affiliate site you have already.

Without revenue the name is probably worth mid $xx to a reseller, more to a end user.
