I notice the .com is priced at £1,491.53 through Godaddy. I own the .co.uk (a far better extenstion, given the name).

Could you give me an idea of value?

i don't know about the value of .co.uk extension..
but still i believe "liverpool restaurant" is great keyword for geo domain.. so .co.uk extension it make sense for your domain.
i believe you can sold this domain to end user for max $2k-$5k ..
$8xx-$1k(reseller price)

As it's singular it doesn't really read well for me, if it were plural you'd probably be looking at a higher ROI.
