Live Webcam Sites

Does anyone have any experience in building Live web cam sites?

I am trying to find out how much it would cost to set up and run an adult Live web cam site.
I have some very interested girls that I would love to give a job!
The main thing is that the girls computers aren't often great connections and speed, so I don't know if they will be able to handle the traffic unless there was a way to host the cam remotely.
Also if you have any interesting domains, let me know,

I've designed a few of the top ones in the biz and now I'm working on a mainstream solution for one of the biggest companies in the world as well as a ground breaking adult one, so I can cover the design aspect, however I'm not sure what else are you looking for: a webcam script? a turnkey solution? something else?

btw, if you have good webcam traffic maybe you'd try the already established sites, it's cheaper, faster and more safe, I saw a couple companies fail miserably with webcams business

I just want the cheapest option available with the least amount of my time needed - easily said I know. I suppose a turn key solution is probably the most suitable. I need to get a grasp on all the costs for set up, marketing, and running the site so I'm open to different options.
All I have at the moment is quite a few interested girls, 30 low traffic adult domains, about $1000 dollars and a will to make this happen!
