Live Chat system

Does anyone know of a script that allows live chat (customer support) on a website?

I personally use Stardevelop's Live Help Messenger (which gets a rating of 8/10 from me), but thats a paid solution, I have also tried CraftySyntax LiveChat which is opensource and free.... both are good solutions. The onlything I dont like about stardevelop is the visitor statistics reporting isnt very good.
