Live auction coming up

Hey guys,

I just listed two of my domains for sale at the auction that is coming up.

I actually listed the same two, twice by mistake.

How can I delete the one listing?

Similarly I want to lower the reserve because low xxx is not informative... I put a reserve of $100 I think.. I'd rather it said xx - but then I think I'd make it $20 now.

I need some assistance too.

I listed a few Dot TV's and I forgot to add in the comment area that each of my TV's is a standard renewal fee ($20-$30) each and NOT a premium yearly renewal fee.

I think when people are bidding on good quality Dot TV domains they always worry that there is a hefty yearly fee.

So, yeah, I need to edit mine also to reflect that bit of info...if it is possible???

That's how I got confused on what price to set the reserve at.

LOL Ive made a mistake on one of my listings by not adding the expiry :p

If admin look in .. my listing for nuloo.com expires 1/7/11 obviously as per rules renewal will be included

I think it's wise to consider lowering stated "Reserve Prices", generally speaking! :talk: :imho:

Good on you ... for publicly noting / clarifying the renewal fees for one's listed ".TV's", IMHO. :gl:

I can't find any announcement or thread about the upcoming auction. I don't know even what time it starts. Somebody in the chat room said it is on Friday.

I'm on namepros every day and even I can't find any information about this auction although I'm especially looking for it.

Many people who are not aware will miss out. This should e better announced.

Hmmm, something changed.

I could have sworn that I saw the links on the top/header of each and every page here...???

Well, the only way I can see the links now are by clicking on my sig (the domains I entered)
or
by logging out of NP, and then clicking on the NamePros.com homepage (while still logged out)

Weird.

Yes it looks like when you are logged in you don't see the announcement anymore. Still I thing there should be a special thread for the live auction in the domain discussion forum. Maybe somebody can move this thread over there.

Considering that there is only two days to the auction and there is no announcement for logged in users, maybe somebody could move this thread to the main discussion section so it gets more exposure.

Wow, sad ... there are tons of domains listed for this auction, and 90+ percent of them are either valueless or else have a small value but mid-xxx to xxxx reserves. (This is no reflection on the folks who have posted in this thread; I haven't looked to see which domains are yours, and they are probably the exceptions to those rules!)

Hint; generally speaking, usually (always) a good idea to at least consider reducing "Reserve Prices" in any domainer-to-domainer type auction, IMHO. :yell:

Yes, I think that's perhaps his answer ... as I don't see either the "PR9 sites" banner or referencing announcement in the screenshot, IMHO. :blink:

I'm using Google Chrome with default settings. I don't have any ad blocker. Your announcement doesn't show up. Somebody else here said the same. It is not just me.

Are you using the "clean" template. That appears to skip it too. Maybe not on checking....

These auctions are so rare, I think if namepros would send out an email to all members, people wouldn't mind receiving it.

I received an email about the upcoming NP Auction.
Also the link for it has been underneath the PR9 SITES banner since yesterday I believe!
I am using Red/White/Blue skin always.
