Hey everyone, I'm sorta new to buying/selling domains. I just registered a domain and I was wondering if it might be worth anything.

This is for the capital of Arkansas (Little Rock). For the data I found, 'little rock ar homes' has 74,000 searches in March, and 40,500 global monthly search volume. Its CPC is also about $2.03. And incase it has any future potential, the city's population is increasing about 1% a year.

I'd suggest developing it into a FSBO site. Could try to market it to some LR realty companies.

I used to live near LR and I know the population there is growing at a steady pace.
