They both mean the same thing, but considering there both dictionary words, they might do well in the search engines and it could be brandable to someone who sells alot of "little/nano" products as it is catchy, I'd say mid-high XX undeveloped.

They don't actually mean the same thing but believe I understand what you meant.

Little of course is just Little.

Nano is, I believe one billionth of a whole which is pretty dang little. It just seems like little and probably no other words is quite the word for one billionth of something.

As you mentioned, I as well just thought it to be catchy and in addition to that was a little surprised it was available.
