Lists.tv would be a nice one for some sort of television trivia website. Resale value would probably be in the low $xxx range, if you could find the right buyer.

My favorite on your list is Overnight.cc. I'm not sure it has much resale value, but it's definately got potential for development. If you could find a good affiliate program offering some sort of overnight shipping/delivery service, you could develop a highly optimized site around it, using this domain.

PS- "Overnight Shipping" pays as high as $0.99/click on Overture. Definitely good potential for a site in this area.
