It has only 12 backlinks, It might lose the PR after this update if you do not develop and increase few backlinks. THe name itself doesn't seem very professional. Low $xx at max in the resale market (Just the domain, no PR, traffic etc.)
I think with most PR domains, it's best to get a site on the domain pretty quick and try and get a couple other PR links to your site (PR 4 or 5 links). This will help hold your PR 4, plus get more traffic. After that, it will really depend on traffic for the value. Right now, I would say $40-$60 because it's a short .com and brandable plus it has the PR 4
It also really does not matter "how many" backlinks you have, it's more the "quality"! One of your links alone is a PR 6 elitetrader.com and the another is a PR 3 roseandearl.com that I looked at.
Thankyou both for the honest feedback. Especially to you Jaime fantastic appraisal--I appreciate the extra effort.:great:
I hadn't checked what sites it was linked to, but very pleased at your findings. Did you use the seolog tools? I found those links there after you mentioned this. Yes it does seem the quality of links is even more important than how many. Not sure what to do with this name, though it does lend itself to a directory, or a blog about something or another.
