One of the best, quickest ways to add traffic to your proxy website is to add them to a proxy top site. I have found quite a few and decided to list them for you to easily access.
To get extra traffic from these top sites, you can add a 468x60 banner. This helped me get allot more traffic from them. Not all allow 468x60 banners but most do.
