It could be considered brandable but with a really limited market for liquors. I do not know about the liquors market but if there is a moved online market on it you could perhaps get low XXX for it since it could be considered offensive in some countries the use of the word liquor on the brand. An entrepreneur on this market would probably look for a brand with a name not related directly to alcohol. Low potential imo.
