Files: Search, links script, forum, templae, content...
Adsense: 10 clicks
Traffic: 40 uniques (only new website)
Search Engines: Google, Yahoo, Hotbot, msn...
Forum on site: 7 members 18 articles already, in two days!
Age: 2 days old (bought it two years ago never did anything, then i did something and now it is getting traffic from where? Directories and search engines)
Reason selling: To do another site and do as well as this one!
Asking Price: Starting price £75
