When you buy the site, you are obliged to keep the existing text-links on the site for it's lifetime.

- This site has also received small amounts of revenue from the Coupon Source affiliate program, and has the potential to make revenue with other affiliate programs as such.

Script
A small amount of knowledge of mySQL databases is needed to import the current database to your server. You will be guided through the process.

It has a nice admin control panel, so sorting links out is easy!

The script is from Gareth Hodson's Pagehole, but has also been edited so that the newest link on each list is much bigger and bolder than the rest - thus inducing competition between webmasters for the top position.
