Link to HIGH PR Gets me a PR8!?!

hey I have some domains and i have them all linked to a site with a pagerank of 8, does that mean my will be PR8's now or PR anything and if so how long will it take for that to happen. Thanks

Its inbound links from PR-sites, preferrably topical similar to your own site, that may increase your PR.

Don't quote me but I think its the PR of the page linking to you is divided by the number of links. So, if its a PR8 with 4 links, then each one would get a PR2 from that link (8/4 = 2). I could be wrong here, but I think it works something like that or at least thats the gist of it.
