This name, LilJr.com would make a fantastic Baby Boy's Name Website for new parents.

Monetise with advertising, naturaly, Baby Goods all-sorts. This is a development winner. It was of course 'reg-fee', until I branded it, but what the hey.

If you knock together a bare-bones example site with an A-Z list of boys names and stuff a few diaper adds in there you should be able to sell the idea quite easily.
