The name is excellent and will self-finance the renewal fee if a mini site is set up. The extension is an issue though; finding an end user would be extremely difficult, worth mid $xx imo.

The term is so popular in fact that it is taken in 500+ .BIZ alone. Judging by similar sales, even as a .BIZ I think this is worth Mid - High $XXX reseller.

This is the perfect example of a domain that many domainers would not appreciate. I could see this getting appraisals all over the place.

Domainers who deal with end users would appreciate this more due to the massive upside potential of a category killer term, even in a mediocre extension.

As a half-decent minisite, this will be making $50 - 100 adsense per month within a few months, easy. And with Federer's end-user smarts, he'll sell it for at least high xxx to low x,xxx without doubt. So, that's my evaluation
