I am offering links on my PR3 blog. The fee is to cover time it takes for me to research your page to ensure quality links, in accordance with my rules below.

Rules to be allowed:

• Link must contain content that my readers will find useful, no spammy sites.
• If submitting multiple sites, each must have quality unique content. No clones, sites meant for manipulating search engines, ect. Content must be of interest of webmasters, coders, etc.
• No mini-sites, must be quality sites that are useful to real people, not just made for building pagerank.
• No popups or slide-in ads.
• No full page ads.
• Must have 60% real content.
• Main content must load in 3.25 seconds or faster.
• No nudity, hate messages, illegal crap, etc.
• No links to porn, gambling, hate, ect.
• No gambling sites, sales pitch sites or prescription drug sites.
