I own the domain name LifeAssure.com and am interested to find the value of the domain with the view to selling it (if it's worth anything!).

I know the life assurance industry is massive with 2 million + monthly season on google, but is LifeAssure.com it self worth anything? The keyword 'Life Assure' only receives 9,900 monthly views so I'm really not sure what it would be worth - if anything more than reg fee.

Any replies will be much appreciated and please bare in mind I'd be looking for a fairly quick sale and to a reseller (who would obviously need their cut when selling it on) so if you could factor that into any price that would be great.

Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your appraisal. If I could get a four figure sum it's fair to say I'd be delighted!

Any more valuations will be greatly appreciated it would be nice to get an average.

There's a difference between assure and insure, but it's a good domain nevertheless.

It's definitely brandable. You could enhance its value by developing it as a life insurance blog or comparison service, then sell it for a lot more than the low to mid $xxx it's worth now.

Thanks for your replies. Eric, I must admit the 3 figure sum is more like what I was expecting. Like you said I'm sure there's potential and if I was to develop it there could be more money to be made. But, Unfortunately I really don't have the time to put the effort into writing articles and seo work needed to make the site successful.

Where would you recommended I look to sell it? There are so many place it could be listed but where do you think I could realistically achieve a fair price in a reasonable time period.

That's a tough question, actually it's quite hard to sell a domain name these days. People who manage to sell domains have either quite large portfolios or they have very good, one word, domain names.

You should list it everywhere where it is free to do so ... Sedo, Afternic, etc. You need as much exposure as possible, list it everywhere.
