Google 62,100 for "lien loan".
Not popular actually in search engines, and other extensions remain available. I am thinking Estibot is overestimating by much. My appraisal is around mid-high$XX resale value.

Overture is currently down, so I use wordtracker tool to get an idea about people's search for the domain keywords.
