2 million for lifestyle.com? While it is worth much, that's what chocolate.com is being rumored to go for, 2.2 million. The other ones are priced correctly, though. This is just my opinion, I might be totally wrong, there might be a dude willing to buy it for 2M.

Just saw that this person is even expecting 2.000.000 GBP which is about 2.800.000$ xD I think that is way to much even though you can promote a lot of sectors with that domain:

- Beauty / Welness
- Fashion
- Living
- Shopping
- Hotels
etc..

But whats your opinion on the worth of "lfestyle.com". I actually think it is way better thatn lifstyle.com :D

Oh boy! Then apparently, it's worth more than the 1-word domain "Chocolate.com" 0.o :P

Haha, didn´t say that Price would be justified by that, but still theres a lot of money involved which is why i bought "lfestyle.com". As long as lifestyle.com isnt running that would be a great place to start a project about Beauty, Fashion etc.. while buying the domain for a reasonable price in the $.$$$ Range ;)

A lot of money being involved does not guarantee a increase in domain's value. And your's is a typo.. which obviously won't be used by a brand, maaaybe the owner of a related domain will buy it for 'brand-protection' and/or redirect but he won't pay much. Hardly low $xxx imo..

And lfestyle.com won't be "a great place to start a project about Beauty, Fashion etc." .. why would a business use a mis-spelled domain?? For example: If the username "theunique" was taken, would you have used "theuniqe" as a username? No, you would've used a good alternative username.

Thanks for your opinion Haris ;) I just couldn´t resist to buy it while thinking about companies like flickr and tumblr (which are way way better typos and still pronouncable) and when I saw that the other typos are priced at 30.000$ and 2000$ I thought: Why not? ;) I will give it a try ;)

And I thought there could be someone who wants to start a lifestyle-company / blog and can´t afford the 2.800.000$, but has at least 999$ in his pockets and creates and lfestyle-empire by putting up good content ;)

Does anyone see a huge value in this domain or do you all go along with Harris' opinion?

Don't register or purchase a domain without doing extensive research. Every acquisition must have at least a dozen potential end-users that you can reach out to. Use NameDroppers.com and ZFBot.com to find related domains and check each domain whether it's developed by end-users and if a domain is developed, check whether it's active or not?

For Example: I will check domains related to 'lfestyle', are there any domains registered with this 'typo keyword' or not. There are a few domains registered which is not good, because the more the domains related to your domain are registered, the more potential leads you'll have! If there will be very few domains registered, much fewer will be developed and being used by businesses. It's still possible that out of very few potential buyers, someone will purchase our domain, because we only need one buyer for our domain.. but there will be much less chance of sale that's why we should only purchase domains with a lot of potential buyers.

Back to 'lfestyle'.. out of about a dozen related domains registered, only one is developed into a website, 'www.healthylfestyle.com'. But the last post on this website was in 2014, you get the point, the owners of the website aren't using it anymore because of a lot of reasons, typo's were used to earn money through PPC, they cannot be brand names (unless they look/sound very cool). According to NameDroppers, there are zero potential buyers for your domain. You can still use Google to find potential buyers but imo it isn't worth it. If you hand registered the domain at NameSilo or GoDaddy, you should grace delete it and get your money refunded.

The problem is your domain has the hiccup at the very beginning, so there isn't a lead up for the brain. Just a "what the.."

Good Luck
