Lex = Law.

Legal does have application for non-profit. So Lexy.org can be brandable for non-profit legislation/advice etc.

It also seems to be a name.

I personally prefer pronounceable LLLL.org only if it is all western prem letters. Brandables and .org don't go well normally.
