I respectfully disagree with the TM issues in this case. LevitraPharmacy.net seems to have been up and running going on two years now. LevitraPharmacy.org is in place and has an Alexa reference. There's also levitrastore.com. (2 yrs running)
Lastly, although I realize it's a different company, ViagraPharmacy.com has been registered since 1998 and Pfizer has not yet muscled that name away.
I think it's kind of like the 5th listing under google keyword: Chevy. ChevyDuty.com does little if anything to serve General Motors' empire, since they only sell older, used Chevy parts. They might even sell you a Ford part or two, but General Motors isn't coming down on him for making money "from" their trademarked name. A couple listings down is ChevyTalk.com a private, pay site- just to talk about Chevy's!
I would like to understand why those sites "get away" with it, while others don't.
